Lesley and Daniel of Right-Time Realty stand head and shoulders above all of them. From the first day we spoke with them, they jumped in, had the pictures and text for the listing ready to go the next day, had showings lined up several times a week, brought us an offer the second week it was listed, helped guide us through the pros and cons of the offer, and when we did not accept it, jumped right back in and lined up more showings. ZillowVERIFIED As an out of state buyer I had little knowledge of anything including local home values, types of homes with best resale value, communities, or much of anything else. I negotiated in business for over 40 years but literally felt like a deer in the headlights with little hope of having any confidence in a good outcome.I can't say that I was ever elated with a buying process until this one. Lesley and Dan's expertise was incredible and helped me in every step of the way from educating me on all options in the area (and there are a ton) to finding the best fit for my needs, to negotiating the best all around deal to monitoring (and at one point, managing) the progress of negotiated items being executed and even taking pictures and sending to me to keep me up on progress. They even made arrangements to get rid of some large worthless items the previous owner left that they knew I didn't want. I didn't ask them to do that by the way. They offered to arrange it. Valued help when you are 1000 miles away.If you want a realtor you can trust, that communicates every step of the way and gives you all the information you need to achieve the best outcomes, I strongly recommend the Rogan/Goode team.
