ZillowVERIFIEDI can't say enough good about Lesa, I have been working with various realtors for years and I have never worked with someone as dedicated to her clients as she is. We recently purchased a foreclosure in North Salem and if it weren't for Lesa's persistence we never would have gotten it. While other agents that we contacted wanted nothing to do with it, Lesa went to bat for us and got us an accepted offer. Lesa was there for us throughout the entire process. Although this home did not yield a large commission for her, she treated us like we were buying a multi million dollar home. She went above and beyond and we will never again use any other realtor. I promise that if you use Lesa you will not be disappointed. In addition to all of her real estate knowledge, she is a wonderful human being.

ZillowVERIFIED It was such a pleasure dealing with Lesa. She's extremely knowledgable regarding the Northern Westchester market & is very accessible & responsive, but what sets her apart even more so is her dedication. She tirelessly searched the market for us & was very attentive to what was important to us. An added bonus: she's an upbeat & genuine person.

ZillowVERIFIED Lesa worked closely with my wife and I to find the perfect home. She was respectful of our budget constraints and patiently showed us many homes in our price range. Lesa communicated often about new houses coming on the market. It took six months but she found us an awesome place to call home. We are not planning on moving for a while but if we do, we will definitely use her again.

ZillowVERIFIED We have known Lesa for years and thought she was an absolutely Realtor! She was practical about what was necessary work to get my house market ready and was was a bonus depending on how much time and resources we wanted to dedicate. She didn't want us to feel overwhelmed by the process. When our home was ready to be put on the market, she shortened her vacation and hosted on open house. Our house went to a 3 way bidding war in the first weekend and had signed contracts in 1 month! She also represented us on the purchase of our new home. She kept everyone level headed through the process and yet firm in our negotiations. The opposing realtor offered her a job b/c she was such a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Lesa

ZillowVERIFIED Lesa was instrumental in our moving from the West Coast to the East Coast. She was very knowledgable about all the neighborhoods and school districts in the areas we were interested in. She helped us find our first home in Westchester, subsequently selling that home and selling us our current home. During the sell of our 1st home Lesa helped us "de-clutter" and get our house ready for showing to prospective buyers. Lesa was tenacious in her negotiating skills and was ready to react when needed. Given what's expected of the house buying experience, ours was smooth and enjoyable with Lesa. We have recommended her to many of our friends and acquaintances.

ZillowVERIFIED Lesa has deep knowledge of her market. We met her while planning a re-location from the Midwest to the East Coast. Our interest was specifically in a horse property. She knew every aspect of what our needs were and did a great job lining them up with properties that suited them. She was prepared to answer every question, and she worked quickly and effectively with other agents to show us the entire area. We had only a weekend to look for a re-location home. Lesa was organized, responsive, and really great to work with. We highly recommend her as an agent. The best!

ZillowVERIFIED I originally met Lesa at an open house for a listing she had and connected right away with her. She became my agent when purchasing my first home and went above and beyond to find the house we were looking for. Our needs have changed and she is now selling our previous home and has already found us our next one. Best agent ever!

ZillowVERIFIED Lesa did an incredible job finding us our current dream home and selling our old home relatively quickly. She went above and beyond helping us stage our old house for sale which no doubt contributed to its fast sale and strong sale price. She has a great eye and had great suggestions. When house hunting for our current home, Lesa understood what we looking for right away and had a great handle on the inventory in the area , resulting in an enjoyable and ultimately successful house search experience. Further, Lesa was very insightful and helpful during the purchase/negotiating process. I have recommended Lesa to many of my friends who also have had wonderful experiences with her. I highly recommend Lesa if you are selling your home or searching for a new one.
