ZillowVERIFIED Leonna and her team are phenomenal. In short, they are organized, responsive, and excellent advocates. My husband and I are first time homebuyers. The process is harrowing and confusing to say the least so having someone not only knowledgeable in the market, but knowledgeable enough to know how to make the process straightforward for you makes all the difference. We had gone through a couple of realtors and homes before we met Leonna. She was a godsend. She took the time to educate us on each step that we were going to encounter. We were much more confident going forward after this. Furthermore, she is comfortable in both resale and new construction and can advocate for both. We have found that many realtors are only comfortable showing new construction. Leonna understands when to step in but lets you lead and works with your needs the whole time. She checks in with each step and continues to provide wisdom when asked, even at parts that dont involve her as much, such as the lending. She was able to answer questions we had when lending was getting to be overwhelming and confusing. Regarding the home itself, Leonna inspects the home with you. Shes not looking to make you like the house; she is looking for things that can hurt you (such as large cracks in bathroom appliances that let in mold) and guides you on how to present your offer in a way that remains professional while looking out for your needs and best interest. When our inspection came back, she was professional while ensuring that appropriate documentation was provided and problems were addressed, not just patched. She was not just looking out for the present time but our future needs if we go to resell. Id like to mention that Leonna has put together a diligent and trustworthy team. When it came time to setting up testing, inspections, re-inspections, and other closing tasks, Michelle was on top of it. She had it done and scheduled before we could even ask. She communicated consistently with everyone. We also used Leonnas preferred inspector, Scott Fuller, and were thoroughly appreciative of his professionalism, timeliness, and thoroughness. As mentioned before, she has a great team with Michelle and relationships with reliable professionals, like Scott. She even has great recommendations beyond the necessities of the home, like for fencing and last minute movers. With the team at Weiss Choice Realty, your present and future needs, big and small, are looked out for. Your confidence and knowledge is prioritized, which stands out to the rest of the realty world.

From the very first moment we met Leonna we felt very comfortable like an old pair of shoes. My husband and I have bought and sold many times so this wasn't our first rodeo but the market was nothing like the last time we sold. Leonna went through each process and how her team is broken into different roles where that is each persons specialty. My husband did not want an open house and Leonna listened and I mean really listened to what we were looking for in not just marketing but a realtor. The photo's and video the took of our home really were top of the line. If I was looking I would buy it all over again. We had a specific buyer we were looking for making it harder because we are having a house built and needed to stay in the home longer than thirty days. Well as luck would have it Leonna sold our home in just hours of being on the market and over our asking price. Not only was she able to negotiate for us to stay in the home until December but got us an additional week past our closing date.
