Before contacting Leonel, I had worked with other realtors who tried to help me sell the property, but I was disappointed and discouraged by the offers I was receiving. I reached out to Leonel on short notice because I needed professional help quickly, and he wasted no time. He immediately lined up photography and cleaners, helped me get everything ready, and had the property listed within a week. He marketed the duplex everywhere and brought in multiple cash offers ultimately getting me about a $100,000 more than what other agents had been able to bring me. It really does matter who you list your property with. Leonels marketing, industry connections, and understanding of the market made a huge difference. He truly has the golden touch.

ZillowVERIFIED He's someone who loves what he does and truly cares about you as a client. As a first time home buyer, I got pre-approved and then had absolutely no idea what I was doing after that. My lender recommended I reach out to Leonel, and I never looked back. He took the time to understand what we were looking for and what we were comfortable with, and when we were writing offers he never tried to pressure us out of our comfort zone just to make a sale. The communication throughout the entire process was great, he was always able find time for us, and when it came time to negotiate he has the knowledge to understand when you're in a great spot and the fight to battle for you when he knows you can do better. All in all, easily one of my favorite parts of the whole process has been getting the opportunity to work with Leonel.

ZillowVERIFIED Leonel took on the challenge of selling our home and also helping us purchase our new home in the same day! As we all know how crazy this market is he did it gracefully. We had a realtor prior to him that did work out and had poor performance. He scooped up the fumble and had our house back on the market with professional photos taken in 2 days of dissolving our contract with the prior realtor. Its currently December and its a slow market with the holidays, he had our house sold in 4 days from the re-listing day. His attention to detail and marketing strategy payed off in our favor big time! Also would like to compliment his non stop communication. Mind you he did all this at his Christmas party around 10:30 at night, he's all about business! We had an accepted offer on our new home the same day we accepted an offer on our current home. Leonel was able to coordinate both property's to be closed on the same day for a nice easy smooth transition for our family. I highly recommend Leonel for any of your real-estate needs, residential or commercial he's your man! His family values and integrity is unmatchable!
