Leon Sanchez

Mr. Sanchez began his real estate career in 1984. Mr. Sanchez began as a real estate salesperson with Newman Realty servicing the needs of the community in their home buying and selling process. He has situated hundreds of families in their dream homes. Leon builds relationships with those he assists and is proud to have them as neighbors and friends. He was featured on the cover of Newdsay in 1991 recognizing him for his work with first time home buyers. Mr. Sanchez became the Owner/Broker of Newman Realty in April 1991. Leon is a member of the Malverne Merchants and Professional Association. He was honored in 2014 as the Small Businessperson of the Year by the Nassau Council of Chambers at the 30th Annual Legislative Breakfast. Leon oversees a staff of 17 agents while remaining active in the buying, selling and leasing of properties. He was joined by both his sons, Leon and Jonathan, several years ago. Mr. Sanchez is a lifetime resident of Lynbrook. He resides with his family in Lynbrook and is active in community affairs both in Lynbrook and Malverne.
