We were first time homebuyers and Leo made our home buying experience as stress-free as possible while also answering all questions promptly and providing information to make informed decisions throughout the home buying process. Leo anticipated problems, was observant about our home needs and wants, and carefully curated research on potential home matches to find our perfect first home purchase. Leo was very responsive and went at the pace we were comfortable with. When we were in the just looking phase, he pulled information for us quickly, asked us about the home and what drew us to it, and used all of that information to guide future home prospects. Leo also protected our interests with sellers agents, going to bat for us with all our requests and letting us know what realistic outcomes were. I would (and have) recommended Leo to all our friends. We will certainly be coming back to Leo if we are ever in the market again.
