Leo Hefner

First and foremost, Leo lives and operates in San Diego, NOT San Ramon. Leo Hefner grew up in Kauai, Hawaii. Leo has two dogs, loves to surf, scuba dive, fish, and go off-roading. Leo is a fund manager who specializes in low-income housing in the mid-west. His debt-free private equity fund invests primarily in real estate projects that have been designed to provide affordable living for those making 50% or less of the areas median income level. In addition to being a fund manager and licensed firearms instructor, Leo runs an experiential mastermind group called Brain Quest which offers members access to a variety of life experiences from high-level entrepreneurs with expertise ranging from business management to cooking classes taught by world-class chefs. Leo was a traditional lender for several years before transitioning to the investment side of things. He is still a private lender within the fund he manages and has dozens of contacts for buyers to choose from if they still need a purchase, refinance or commercial loan. In 2021, Leo published a book called "Secrets Every Home Seller Needs To Know" and is now offering his extensive knowledge and expertise to home buyers and sellers here in San Diego due to the pandemic changing his daughter to being taught at home instead of in the classroom.
