Working with Angelica was one of the best decisions we could have made when we bought our condo back in 2022. In what was a crazy market with some houses being in contract before we could even make it to see we definitely felt a bit hopeless about finding our perfect home. When we first visited our home we ended up getting out bid even after Angelicas numerous attempts at making our offer better to the sellers. After two weeks the original deal fell through and Angelica was on it right away to fight for us to get this place. Without her and her endless dedication to us we wouldnt have found and got our perfect home. We are so excited to sell our condo with the Leo Gonzalez team. They coached us through how to prep my condo for photographing. Angelica came and helped make the finishing touches. She is so good with home design, she should be an interior designer! She made my house look amazing! She had so many good tips and knew exactly how to add in value for what helped my place pop. The Leo Gonzalez team sent a professional photographer to photograph, video, and take aerial photos of my condo. The pictures came out so good, my house was already the best one on the block, but holy moly, it looks stunning and is sure to sell fast! Angelica and Leo are true professionals and I know are going to help me and my family get top dollar and sell quickly with their long and reputable history in this area. Angelica helped me and my family purchase our first home in January 2023. As a military family we expressed our need to find a home that I could retire from the military and raise our children in. We asked for a turn key ready home as I dont have the money or time to invest in costly repairs. She showed us several homes but we just couldnt land on the right home. We finally found one that was in our price range, however the nightmare was just beginning. The home needed small cosmetic repairs and Angelica assured us that we could get $18K in credits. When we went to sign we noticed that the money had went to the closing cost. This was not part of what we understood to be the case. She then said we would have to pay that out of pocket if we didnt put the credits. When I said we wanted out, she mentioned that the sellers could sue us. I felt threatened and pressured to finish purchasing this house. Then on closing day the sellers refused to leave. They stayed in the home an additional 4 days. When I questioned Angelica she said aEURoeI'm sorry, this hasnt happened to me before.aEUR? I got not compensation and when I asked if I could charge them rent for not leaving on time she said it would take time and cost a lot. She used her nephew to do the inspection, cost $450 and he said the home looked great and we were lucky to have the home. The home was built in 2017 and I am using my homeowners insurance for the third time for roof repairs needed, busted laundry room valves and now in our sink in the kitchen. This house has been a running money pit since we bought it. I understand that as a home owner that I have to make repairs but this is ridiculous. The bedroom carpet was soaked so bad with dog urine that I had to have the floors replaced. I wish that I had something nice to say but instead of Angelica selling us our dream home she sold us a nightmare. I dont recommend using her as your agent, unless you want to be led astray. I waited so long to make a review because I kept thinking the problems would stop eventually and the bleeding would end eventually, but it just wont end. Ive had to declare bankruptcy because of what Angelica and her team has put us through. THANKS FOR NOTHING!!!!!
