ZillowVERIFIED Overall Leo did a good job. Our house sold almost immediately and towards the high end of what I expected.I gave it 5* because the end product was everything we hoped for price wise, but it should definitely be 4.5 for the following reasons:- I found his lack of guidance on pricing the house to be quite unnerving. His research had him thinking a neighbor's house that sold a couple years prior was nicer when clearly and objectively it wasn't. If I hadn't been somewhat firm on what I thought the house was worth it could have cost us at least $10-12k, nearly 10% on the sales price.- I didn't find communication to be flawless.- Howard Hanna charges 7% and not the typical 6%. I'm not sure any realtor is worth that, I didn't find this process a whole lot easier than buying the house with no realtors. Maybe it's internet presence that justified the fee, but there is no way of ever knowing - my house was the most viewed house in the neighborhood on Zillow the entire time it was listed for sale.All in all - my first recommendation would be to not use any realtor, but if my friends still in Buffalo needed someone I would send them to Leo.
