Leo Albanes is a very hard working, honest and knowledgeable realtor. We purchased our home in Punta Gorda FL . moving from Chicago IL. Moves can be stressful, and Leo and his assistant Kari were so wonderful. They both give excellent customer service with caring phone calls and follow ups when we encountered difficulties with the loan process, and the selling of our home. They made our move as easy as possible, answering all our questions and taking time to make sure that we understood each step of the process, from putting in the offer, to inspection, appraisal, to closing. I highly recommend Leo - if you want a realtor who is great to work with, takes pride in what he does, and cares for his clients - then he is the realtor for you!

He helped us find and purchase a house in Florida while we were still in Kentucky. We started looking about 5 years prior to moving and Leo faithfully sent pictures of homes that fit our wants and needs which he found out about right at first. He never seemed to get tired of answering any questions from us and we had many. After we found our house he walked us through what we needed to do and the order it should be done in! Even after sale was complete he still was making sure everything was working out and helped us find some local help! His office manager is the best and was always ready to be of any assistance! If you are looking to buy a home in SW Florida I would highly recommend him without any hesitation at all!

Leo is a very knowledgeable Floridian who helped us purchase our home in Florida. He was very patient with myself and my mother, when we had no clue what we really wanted. Leo brought us to so many different locations and told us the pros and cons of each one, not once did he make us feel pressured or like he wasn't looking for the best interest of our family. I have a wonderful experience the two times that Leo had helped me. About 4 years he had look for a hose and sell it to me ,and he was outstanding and I was very Happy with the house that he sold me And the second time He Helped me to sell a house and he found a buyer in one month that really, I did not expect it but he did it . All have to say is that he has a lot of experience and Leo help and he has a wonderful Customer Relations, another benefit is that he is bilingual with Spanish, and English Languages.
