But she has a warm personality, she is knowledgeable, honest, reliable. I was in Bentonville for 10 days with the purpose of purchasing a property in Arkansas as we plan on moving from Utah. Lenore was very easy to work with and made the process smooth. She made a good selections of homes so we did not have to waste lots of time driving around...I realize that 10 days are not a lot to make such a big decision, but Lenore helped me with the almost impossible challenge. We were not in dire need to sell our home; however, being empty nesters, our current home was not ideal for us anymore. Finding and buying the perfect home was not an easy task, but Lenore never gave up. She always called us as homes hit the market that she knew was our style. She makes a point to know what style her clients are looking for. Her communication with us was by far the best of any realtor experience we have found previously. Knowing we were very picky about quality, every time we viewed a property, she would make sure we saw things that could be a potential problem due to the quality of construction, finishes, appliances, etc. Lenore was always working to ensure the purchase of the new home, and the sale of our previous home was a success. She always focused on answering any questions we had or would give us great advice. After the contract was signed she was consistently ahead of the process. ZillowVERIFIED Where do I even start. I met Lenore 2 years ago when I was searching to buy my first home. I was marginal credit, RD Loan, and wanted to be under $100k. I contacted a few different agents - none of which wanted to give me the time of day. Then came Lenore. She was so enthusiastic to help - regardless of the home price we were looking at. She showed us a few houses and then guided us through the process. Through the buying process she was fantastic. She acted more like a trusted friend -giving honest advice and really being there for us. We ended up buying the perfect home. But now fast forward two years. I got a wild bug and decided I wanted to remodel and sell my house. I did a 70% remodel and decided to sell before it was complete. Not only did Lenore get it sold as is, but she sold it the 1st day it was listed AND she sold it for more than any other house on our street - even the fully remodeled ones!!! I could rave for hours on her experience, her expertise, organizational skills, connections, website /photos she builds, straight forward approach, etc. However, I think the best thing about Lenore is her soul. She cared about me, my home, my situation, my money, and my peace of mind. We have loved working with her and will continue to do so for as long as she is in the business.
