The pictures for the home I was selling, and the explicit description she wrote I think caused the multiple showing with multiple offers in 2 days. With the slowing market I was concerned that I would even get a showing. Not the case, with 8 the first day, and 6 the second. Theses were Sunday, and Monday days. I was relieved to only have showings 2 days, and be under contract at end of second. Lennie, or one of her team kept me informed every step of the way.
