Periodically coming in from out-of-state to house hunt, we tried to find the right property but were unsuccessful. Leland was voted Best Realtor on "Best in Santa Fe 2016" so we contacted him to help us. Leland devoted several days in a row on three separate trips to help us scour the market and refine out requirements. When we found the right property, he negotiated a price well below what we even hoped for. Then he expertly managed a thorough inspection, calling in specialists as needed. All paper work and the closing process were done professionally. He then followed up with us after we took possession and even recommended trades and service people to make desired home improvements.
