We cant say enough good things about Leinani, We are and elderly couple (71 and 80) moving from Las Vegas to Cathlamet. There were so few houses available in Cathlamet, that we started looking closer to Longview. Leinani, from day #1, was very enthusiastic and willing to drive long distances to look at houses for us. When we showed interest, she would go to the house, video chat with us, show us the property and answer the many questions I would ask. When we were ready to bid, I would sometimes come and do a final look around, which helped us make our decisions. What we loved, is that Leinani never pushed us, she always took the attitude that eventually we would find the perfect house for us, and we did. We bought this house without seeing it in person but having Leinani video chat. I did come for the inspection. Leinani was there and stayed from start to finish. She really knew what to look for in the inspection and made sure that the important things needing attention were taken care of, either in work done, or monetary compensation for us to take care of things. Leinani stayed with us from start to finish. She was so professional and yet warm and friendly. Being as old as we are, sometimes we would kind of second guess ourselves, as to whether this move was best. Often enough, but not too much, Leinani would nudge us a little by suggesting houses. Were so grateful for those nudges. This move has turned out to be absolutely more than we had hoped for. We hope others get to experience the positive experience we had with Leinani.
