Bree and associates took care of arranging a great photographer, Justin Grafton, to take photos of our house. We accepted offer on our house within two days of our residence hitting the market. Leigh and Bree were extremely helpful answering all questions that came up during the selling process. They were always prompt and nice when responding to our text messages or phone calls. On top of all of this they gave us pumpkin pie for Thanksgiving and smoked salmon for Christmas - so nice! Would highly recommend Leigh and Bree and Associates if you are listing or selling a house.

ZillowVERIFIED We moved from Portland to Astoria - a big move for us. We were nervous (and excited) and knew nothing about the Astoria market. What we found out quickly is that in this smallish town, businesses and professionals aren't so quick to get back to inquiries - a shame. Leigh got back to us quickly, and was always a responsive & enjoyable communicator, from that first day until the end of our sale. Despite some troubles we had in the transactions (both an inexplicably denied offer and a VERY long loan funding with multiple issues) Leigh was able to work with the listing agents (and thus the sellers) and keep things calm, cool and collected. We also appreciated the way that Leigh made us feel like part of the family, and the town, so that when we moved in we already felt like locals. Would definitely recommend this team to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED I would highly recommend Bree and Associates to represent your real estate needs. Any time I had a question or a minor issue came up with the buying process Leigh Mortlock and Amanda Fanelli were quick to respond and clear things up. They were great at keeping me informed on the next steps in the process and what I needed to do to be prepared for it. There was some electrical work that needed to be done on the home I purchased and Leigh was able to work it out so the seller covered the cost. All the while she explained every scenario and how it could have played out with the seller. I felt very prepared. In another instance, when I thought the deal was soon to close and potentially early, Amanda explained every detail about what happens with the loan. She let me know how long it usually takes the USDA to process loans and gave provided dates on when things could ideally go through. Unfortunately, the deal didn't close early due to waiting on the USDA loan to go through during the holiday season, but definitely got done on time. Along the way with all my excitement and anticipation these ladies really made all steps as smooth as possible and I really appreciate all their hard work.

I am a hard person to win over and I have had very mixed experiences with real estate agents in the past, so, I was more than surprised to have the experiences I did with the team at Bree and Associates. It was simply incredible! Every person on that team was efficient, competent, knowledgeable and gave 110% in everything. Honestly I am not sure how to begin. As a bit of background, I am moving from out of town and I did some preliminary research on Zillow and through them got connected with Leigh at Bree and Associates. After a disappointing weekend looking at some homes that were not quite right, I went home and went back to doing research. Based on my past experiences with real estate agents, I have to admit I was very surprised when I received a call that Tuesday from Leigh telling me about a home she had found; and it was perfect! She knew my requirements and desires and found me a perfect perfect home. On top of that, since I could not get back right away, she toured the home for me and sent me a video log. I placed an offer toured the home and the rest is magic. PS, even my tour is a testament to how great a team they are. I had 1 weekend to come up -- Leigh was out of town, Bree covered without problem! (if you are reading this, Thank you Bree!) Oh... and by the way... by magic, I mean that the transaction manager (in my case, Amanda) is a wizard. She was on top of everything! My best example here -- after escrow closed, I was going through my emails to collate the documents in one location. As I was doing this process, I got an email from Amanda -- she had already collected them all together for me in one tidy location. Simply amazing. Of course there are other examples... Them meeting inspectors when I could not. Providing me with great local contractors/handymen/etc. Providing insight into the real estate market and how to approach the offer on the home. Heck, even providing great insight of yummy places to eat! Bree and Associates has my 100% recommendation. I received nothing but concierge service and they truly made the impossible, possible.
