He transitioned to full-time entrepreneurship in 2013 & grew his cleaning and restoration company to the point of a sale in 2017. Leif was our second agent to attempt to sell this home. He went in and did a complete walk-through and told us exactly what needed to be fixed, something the initial agent did not do. He then helped get the work completed. We listed the property again and, within 2 days, had an offer. He was very helpful in the final sale. He kept us informed of all the issues throughout the entire process, something the other agent did not do. If we ever need to buy a home in the Colorado Springs area again, we will definitely use him.

I recently worked with Leif to sell my parents house in an estate sale. Leif was full of compassion, suggestions, help, and answers to all my many questions. The house was in rough shape, and Leif understood it would be an as is sale. He had ideas and suggestions to help me get the house ready to be shown in the best light possible. He referred me to a junk company to help with the clean out, a cleaning company to do a thorough clean, and a contractor to fix a couple of small things. All the companies and people he suggested were great at their job and so helpful. His hard work led to an opening weekend with multiple views and a few offers very quickly. There were a few hiccups along the way, but he made sure I was always up to date with all important information. I would recommend Leif Jacobson to anyone who needs to sell a house, especially someone who knows so little about real estate like me!
