Well, thanks to Lee Vining (and his team) I got the house I wanted, in the exact neighborhood I wanted, and at the price I wanted to pay. Lee?s real estate experience, knowledge of the upstate area, and his endless patience made the whole experience so much easier from start to finish. Besides answering all my questions (and there were a lot), I could tell that Lee really cared and wanted me to find a home to live in and not just a house to spend money on. Mr. Vining matched my criteria to an appropriate list of homes, which he continually updated as new homes were added to the market. He personally visited homes I was interested in, and sent me additional pictures with his impressions. Once a decision was made, Mr Vining helped me through the entire process, for example providing information on movers, utility companies, and home insurance.
