Not only does he have excellent knowledge of the area around Rock Hill, but, I found him to be very easy to work with and very in tune to what my wife and I were looking for, even though we were looking for different things. He was able to help us quickly find some beautiful houses that fit both of us, and helped us zero in on a real gem of a house which my wife and I both fell in love with immediately. Being first time homebuyers we were prepared for the worst. Yet with Lee's help the process went very smooth with no problems. He found the house, was able to negotiate almost all of our terms, and was able to get inspection details fixed prior to closing on time.
