ZillowVERIFIED Lee and Team were AMAZING from the very start. We had (unfortunately) hired another Agent when we first listed. She was super unresponsive. She had a team of inexperienced kids that manned the open houses. She never once stepped foot in our home after we signed the paperwork. We were frustrated.We called Lee on a whim after he had contacted us about showing our home for one of his buyers. We asked him for feedback about our home as we were not getting anything from our then Agent. He took his time in speaking with us and provided immensely valuable suggestions on quick cheap ways to appeal to more buyers. We parted ways with our Agent and hired Lee that week. Not only did he find us a Buyer within a matter of a couple weeks, he lined up a BACKUP buyer offer within DAYS after the First rescinded their offer. He was with us EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. We will use him for every real estate transaction going forward and will refer him to anyone we know (and those we don't :)) whenever we can.

Contacted Lee Goldberg from REMAX to sell the property as we could not afford to have the property left empty for any period. Lee got to work right away, and helped price the property at the right price for a quick sale. From the time of being on the market to the closing was less than 3 months. In the end we got a price that was near our asking price and it did not cost us anything when the renter moved out, as the buyer closed two weeks later. Lee knows the market in the area and works hard with the customer. Excellent job done and will use him for my future needs.

I stopped over since I was close to putting my house up for sale. Over the years I have had quite a few bad experiences with realtors and had just come off a bad experience with the realtor I used in purchase of current home a year earlier. I was looking for a new realtor, Lee had me at hello! What a personable, knowledgeable and most important the most honest and ethical guy I have ever done business with in real estate. Lee put my house on the market and got me a buyer in contract, near asking price within 30 days! The service provided by Lee and the GCI Guys far exceeded my expectations or past experiences with realtors. Lee and I still laugh at one particular horror story I told him about. Lee is a rare breed in business today, great work ethic and honest to the core. I consider Lee today to be a friend having had such an enjoyable experience working with Lee, not to mention he gave me 1% back at closing. Really, money back in my pocket that is rightfully GCI Guys money................who does that? Only Lee and Gary do!
