I am so grateful Lee was my agent! I had no idea what a difference a great agent could make. When Lee saw I was kind of aEURoesettlingaEUR? he showed me very specific comps from the past year so I could have that perspective and see that what I wanted I could actually find in my price range. Then, when the house I wanted had multiple offers, he explained all the various ways I could make my offer most attractive. When my offer was accepted, it turned out that the factors the seller liked about my offer were exactly the things Lee had suggested. I felt like Lee always gave me full attention. His communication is excellent. His demeanor is calm and confident, which is really nice during what can be a stressful process. He has connections that also really helped me. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience working with Lee recently to sell my father's home. He helped make a challenging process done largely at a distance as smooth as possible. He's responsive, a clear communicator, and really knows the local market well, so that we were able to price the house for a quick sale at a good price. I also need to add that Lee was willing to go way beyond what I expected, assisting with getting contractors into the home when needed, and even shipping some accumulated mail to me.
