This was my first time selling a house. I made many mistakes and there were many things I didnt know but as soon as I got Lee Barr to be my realtor everything went smoothly and was handled professionally. He got me top dollar and always gave me his honest opinion on what would be best for me. Highly recommend for everyone and very highly recommend for first time buyers/sellers since he will take care of you.

Lee is the best realtor we have ever used for residential property. He is thorough, has excellent communications and how create a totally seemless purchase. I only wish I had more funds to purchase additional property with Lee. After working with him I consider him a friend for life.

I couldn't recommend this man enough, he assisted me through this hectic sellers market as I was a first time home buyer. He always fought for me, getting me the most information possible on the houses we looked at, and kept a good connection with the sellers contacts to work out problems and was really helpful with giving ideas for solutions. As prior military he also understood what we do and go through, and was willing to work with me on any of those issues. Finally I was able to lock in and close on a house, which he was there with me every step of the way for the paperwork and closing process as well, answering any questions I had and explaining things i didn't even see coming as well. I'm off to work on the house i just closed on, all the best to the one reading this and to Mr. Barr himself!

We were looking for a home in Florida while living in Ohio. This by itself was stressful but not knowing any realtors in the area, double that stress. We decided on Lee Barr as our requests for info was only returned by Lee. After our first meeting with Lee it relieved our anxiety of picking the right realtor. Lee listened to our wants in a new home and showed us multiple options. Lees personality and friendly demeanor put us a ease and earned our full trust that we were in good hands. After finally finding our forever home, Lee was instrumental in walking us thru the entire process from offer to closing. Like I said at the beginning, we live in Ohio so Lee Barr was there for the inspection, appraisal, walk thru and final walk thru. Without Lee it would have been impossible for us to purchase the home and be there for everything that needed done. Especially during the Covid 19 pandemic. If your looking for a Realtor in the Panhandle of Florida, Lee Barr from Impact Realty is an AAA+++. Buying a home is stressful enough, having a trustworthy realtor will reduce the stress and guide you through the entire process. Thank you Lee for going above and beyond for us. We love Lee and have made a friend for life.
