ZillowVERIFIED Lee Barclay did a great job for my wife and I. Lee came to our home prior to listing and he communicated very well with some great ideas such as, painting, landscaping, lighting, etc, things I needed to hear. Lee was always a phone call away, he always had time to take my calls. Lee was very professional in all things, if and when we would decide to sell again I would not hesitate calling him again. Thanks Lee

ZillowVERIFIED We cannot say enough good things about our experience with Lee. He is the reason we bought our dream home, and when we needed to relocate to another part of the state we knew we wanted to work with him and him alone. Throughout the process of us selling our home Lee gave us sound advice and walked us through a stressful time in our lives with knowledge and understanding. We have nothing but respect for Lee and consider him a valued member of the community.

ZillowVERIFIED Lee Barclay was able to find a vacant piece of land that needed, with specific requirements. I'd been looking on and off for about two yearsand had almost given up. Lee found what we were looking for. Lee goes above and beyond, I wouldn't deal with anyone else. Thanks Lee!

ZillowVERIFIED Lee was responsive and helped me find and purchase a house with a personal interest that I hoped for but didn't expect. He is knowledgeable about the area and has a good feel for the market. Lee also sold my previous home, even advertising during the slow winter months.

ZillowVERIFIED Lee is a true veteran realtor. He picked up on things that a home inspector might miss. Great accessibility and suggestions. I have already recommended him to a friend who closed 2 days ago. He is invited over for our first BBQ.

ZillowVERIFIED Exceptional, always went above and beyond for us!!! Was always available whenever we needed him. We wouldn't have the home we bought if it wasn't for his persuasiveness in getting us in for a showing before sellers were ready to schedule showings

ZillowVERIFIED This was mine and my husband's first house that we have sold and Lee made the process super easy, we even accepted an offer within 6 days of the property being listed. He is extremely personable and didn't treat us as just his clients but as friends or family. Lee is always easy to get in touch with, I never had to worry about not hearing back from him if I had a question or if there was new information to be given. His assistant, Lisa, is also very helpful and nice. The two are a great team and I would highly recommend Lee to anyone who is thinking of listing their house or even buying one.

ZillowVERIFIED We bought our house with the help Lee a little over 2 years ago. He was very easy to work with and very helpful at that time. When we had to sell our house very quickly due to a change in jobs, it was a "No brainer" to have Lee sell it as well. He knows the area... Lee does a very good job of keeping the stress level of selling a house to a minimum. When you have helped buy and sell as many homes as Lee has, he actually enjoys helping others make lives for their families. That is really what you are doing when you are purchasing a new home. Thanks again Lee!!!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Lee made my house selling experience easier than I could have imagined. Realtors sometimes get a bad rap and maybe some of them deserve it, but I think Lee is the kind of realtor that everyone hopes they get. He was attentive, honest and reliable. I would recommend him to family and friends in a heartbeat.

ZillowVERIFIED I cannot recommend Lee enough to anyone looking to buy and sell a home. He is truly a professional in the field. When it was time for my family to move out of downtown, he constantly kept us in the loop on quality properties within our budget. He listened to what mattered to us and gave us much needed advice when looking at potential homes. I sent my parents and friends to Lee when they wanted to move and they still thank me. Don't look to buy and sell without giving him a call

ZillowVERIFIED We have used Lee to help buy a house for our son and 2 years later when my dad passed away to sell his house. Both times Lee was outstanding and did everything he could to make the process go smooth. I will be using him again the next time I am in the market.

ZillowVERIFIED Lee's knowledge of the Northern Oakland real estate market is very impressive!! From the moment we meet I knew we were in good hands. I never waited more than 1 hour for a response to one of our texts or emails. He took extra time to make sure we toured homes that were what we need for our blended family. His experience in negotiating helped us buy the home that put check marks on our must have list!!! Thank You Lee!!

ZillowVERIFIED Lee has helped me with commercial real estate and was a blessing to work with. He knows everybody and everything about the surrounding areas, as was instrumental in getting my building purchase set up. He's also helped my in-laws and mom with property sales, and they have only had great things to say. Would definitely recommend.

ZillowVERIFIED Lee was awesome to work with. He helped us obtain 3 offers after just 4 days of listing our home, all of them were over our asking price. The closing on our current home and the purchase of our new home were both very smooth, and everything lined up perfectly timing wise. Lee is really knowledgeable and easy to work with. This is the second time we have used him and I would absolutely recommend him to others.

ZillowVERIFIED When I started my home search, I was working with another Realtor that wasn't very friendly. She acted like what I wanted was impossible to find. Lee is the opposite of that. He's friendly, knowledgeable, responsive and truly working for your best interest. I'd highly recommend Lee, and will definitely contact him if I ever decide to sell my home and find another.
