ZillowVERIFIEDLee-Ann is amazing! We were moving from out-of-state and didn't know much about SWFL but knew we wanted to be on/near the water. The Realtor we had previously hired to show us around knew very little about the area and nothing about the waterways (we're boaters so this was very important) and didn't make time for us when we came down for a week to learn about the area and find a home so we could be down in time to start our new jobs.. The Realtor we had originally hired was too busy for us so we drove around to open houses and that's where we met Lee-Ann. We learned more from her about the area and waterways in Port Charlotte/North Port in under an hour than we thought was possible. We fired our Realtor and hired Lee-Ann that same day. She re-arranged her schedule to show us as many homes as possible before we had to head back home. She is very kind, caring and truly does care about her clients. She didn't let us rush into anything until she knew my husband and I were comfortable with everything. Lee-Ann is a gem!
