I am a full time realtor and a mom to an incredible 11 year old son. I have been in the industry for over 19 years and truly love what I do. From helping buyers find their next space to call home to working with sellers to close out chapters in their own story. Community Involvement

I like to volunteer my time in helping others in community. I have a background in mental health counseling so I find myself supporting others going through difficult times. I also sponsor a 4th of July event in Snoqualmie Ridge called Red, White and Boom

HOBBIES/INTEREST

I have quite a few hobbies that I enjoy with my son - we are definitely outdoor people and enjoy skiing, dirt biking, snowmobiling, spending time with friends and cooking.

I have an 11 year old son named Cooper. He lives with me full time and am truly thankful for the time I get to spend with him.

Leanna helped us purchase a house in Issaquah and we are in the process of listing our home in Kent with her now. About a year ago we were looking to purchase a larger house as our family was expanding. We requested a relator through Zillow to show us a house we were interested and that's how we met Leanna. She showed us a number of homes about a year ago and we ultimately decided to delay buying a home last year. Since that time, she has periodically checked in just to see how things were going with us which we appreciated. When we finally decided this summer to look again to buy, we contacted Leanna. Leanna is kind, caring, knowledge and very responsive by email or text. My husband and I were extremely pleased with all Leanna has done for us. We can't recommend her enough!

Leanna was our listing and buying agent in a pretty rapid sell/buy.We first met Leanna several years ago during an open house that she was hosting in North Bend. Since that time she periodically checked in with us and forwarded listings that may have been interesting to us. These touch points had a big influence in who we contacted first when it came time to actually move. Fast forward to August of this year when we contacted Leanna to tell her we were finally serious about making the move. She was incredibly fast in responding. We first reached out to Leanna on Aug 25th, our house listed on Sept 17th, and essentially sold the next day. Before our sale closed, she helped us zero in on the home that checked all of our boxes and then some. Using her extensive knowledge of the North Bend area and current market conditions, Leanna facilitated a quick move on the property we loved and made it happen for us. We are extremely happy with our choice of going with Leanna for the sale and purchase of our homes, which saw us go from deciding to sell and then be IN our new home in the period of ~2 months. She genuinely cares about your needs and is extremely responsive, which will make you feel like you have a true partner throughout such a (potentially) chaotic process. Leanna should be at the top of your list when trying to decide on a real estate professional.
