About Leanna Tillman
Real estate is more than contracts and closing dates -- it's about people, timing, and the confidence to make one of life's biggest decisions. As a Tampa Bay Realtor, I combine market knowledge with creativity and strong relationship-building to guide buyers and sellers with clarity and strategy. My background in global education and leadership has shaped how I work: I listen carefully, communicate clearly, and approach every client relationship with cultural awareness and respect. Through my "Leanna by the Bay" brand, I bring a thoughtful and distinctive approach to marketing -- using video, storytelling, and a subtle musical touch to help homes stand out in a competitive market. Every property has a story, and I believe it deserves to be presented with intention and care. Clients hire me because I'm hands-on, detail-oriented, and genuinely invested in their goals. Whether you're relocating, purchasing your first home, or preparing to sell, my role is to make the process strategic, seamless, and personalized from start to finish. If you're looking for a Realtor who blends professionalism with creativity -- and who will treat your move like it truly matters -- I'd be honored to work with you.

FAQ
My biggest advice? Don’t wait for perfect — get prepared.
The buyers who win are the ones who understand their numbers, know their non-negotiables, and move with confidence when the right home hits. The first house doesn’t have to be your forever home — it just has to get you in the game to build equity.
And most importantly, work with someone who will guide you strategically, not emotionally. Buying a home is exciting — but it should also be smart.
Price it right from day one. The first two weeks on the market matter more than anything. That’s when you have the most attention and the strongest buyers watching.
Also, don’t take feedback personally. Selling a home is emotional, but marketing it needs to be objective. The goal isn’t to prove what it’s worth to you — it’s to position it correctly so buyers see the value immediately.
And finally, presentation matters. Clean, bright, and well-marketed homes create momentum. The right strategy upfront saves time, stress, and often money in the long run.
I’ve worked with first-time buyers, rel-ocators, and families navigating major life transitions. Some of my clients are managing complex situations — including divorce, long-distance ownership, or coordinating a sale with a partner across state lines. Those transactions require patience, clarity, and strong communication.
I’ve also helped elderly clients and adult children assisting aging parents, which brings a different level of care and sensitivity. In every case, my role is to provide structure, steady guidance, and a calm, strategic approach so clients can make confident decisions during what can be an emotional time.
One transaction I’m especially fond of involved navigating a complex situation with multiple decision-makers and long-distance coordination. It required strong communication, clear structure, and a steady approach to keep everyone aligned.
I focused on setting expectations early, maintaining organized communication, and positioning the property strategically in the market. Situations like that reinforce why I value preparation and process so much — when emotions or logistics could complicate things, having a calm, strategic plan makes all the difference.
What I appreciate most about experiences like that is being able to provide clarity and direction during times of change.
I got into real estate because I love the strategy behind it. I enjoy the hunt for the right-fit home, but just as much, I love positioning my clients to win — whether that’s structuring a strong offer, negotiating terms, or creating leverage in a competitive situation.
I also love helping people in a way that feels tangible. Real estate makes a real difference in people’s lives every day. It’s where families build memories, where fresh starts happen, and where long-term security begins. And beyond that, homeownership is one of the most powerful tools for building generational wealth. Being part of that journey — helping people step into stability and opportunity — is what makes this work meaningful to me.
My background is actually in global education and leadership, which has shaped how I serve my clients. I’ve spent years communicating across cultures, managing complex projects, and guiding people through high-stakes decisions — skills that translate directly into real estate.
That experience helps me break down contracts clearly, anticipate potential challenges, and keep transactions organized and strategic. I’m also continually investing in learning — whether it’s market trends, negotiation strategy, or marketing techniques — so I can advocate effectively and position my clients for the strongest outcome possible.
