Leanna worked with us for 2 years to find the right house. At the beginning of our search, she took us on a tour of the neighborhoods and then matched our house needs with the right location. We were a fair distance from where we were house hunting so Leanna would preview and video potential properties and then share her candid thoughts and the video with us so we could decide whether it was worth it to view the property for ourselves. When we did make an offer, Leanna would structure the offer to give us the best chance of getting the house. She is an excellent communicator and was always quick to response. Leanna exceeded our expectations. We have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone who is looking for a realtor.

Leanna was amazing and I have bought and sold a house before, well a couple of times, and she made it as seamless as possible. She guided us in the right direction and we had the most benefit financially from it. We were hesitant because you just never know when it comes to money but once we sat down and talked to her about wanting to push to sell so we can set up life elsewhere she was on it. She helped up know what needed to be fixed, changed, what matters, what didn't in the home before selling it, and gave us a timeline in doing so. She also shot a little lower than we thought it would go for yet it was the smartest choice and set us up for victory. She is personable yet straight to the point, and that's what you want when dealing with house sales. Amazingly enough she had a cleaning team come in and a staging team come in a week before our house went on the market and had pictures of it taken and I do believe this benefited the sell of the house. It may have seemed small yet those cleaners that came made it look like no one had lived in it or touched in that is how clean it was. No cobwebs, not a speck of dirt and they even went to the extent of vacuuming the carpets in a certain direction to leave markings on it which was visually pleasing to the eye (well mine anyway). Please don't cut yourself short and go with another realtor because they are "cheaper" or you think there your friend and you owe them. I have never ever have it go in such a EASY, GREAT, Smooth, Direction for this sale. 10/10 would totally recommend :) Oh yes, and to add one more thing, every time she had an offer on our house she would text us and tell us, and every time there was a showing, she would text us, she had us all hyped up...I told her I would miss her text messages because of how exciting it was and it did help she was delivering good news of course.
