She brought examples of her marketing material and was sure to have me sign the WWREA form and educated me on why that was important. Another agent did not do that. So, she had my trust at step 1. As I had extremely limited opportunity to coordinate any improvements or repairs, LeAnn used her network of contractors and recommended folks who were reliable and did quality work. My house had some significant improvements that LeAnn had a great deal of coordination and execution on my behalf that resulted in a professional staging, drone video, and other marketing keys that helped my house sell. She's incredibly knowledgeable about the marketplace, straightforward about the prospective houses, with an amazing eye for detail in terms of what needs to be worked on. She was always thinking twenty (or a hundred) steps ahead of me to make sure I knew what I would be getting into with each house--the pros, the cons and everything in between! LeAnn was never pushy and always patient, even with my sometimes unrealistic expectations. It felt like she wanted me to find the house that I couldn't walk away from, not the house to settle for. Once we found the perfect one, her collegiality and keen insights helped us seal the deal (and she helped keep me grounded when the stress of the process was a lot to handle). Throughout the closing process, LeAnn went above and beyond all my expectations... helping me get contractors out to the property to get bids on future projects, sending me lists for things I needed to sign up for (like utilities, etc.), checking in just to see how I was doing. When we had bumps in the road, LeAnn went to the mats to work for the best solution possible (I even had someone comment that he was "glad I had a fighter on my side.") Unfortunately, in our situation, we encountered several issues as a result of the home inspection that required us and the sellers to bring in various contractors and licensed professionals to address a number of issues, which extended the process and also required our purchase contract to be amended on multiple occasions. LeAnn did a tremendous job of managing that entire process, helping to bring in qualified professionals, while throughout the process continuing to look out for our best interests.
