She was extremely knowledgeble of the homes she showed us and the surrounding area and helped us professionally negotiate through the process with the sellers. Her responsiveness was very good and she tried to make it possible to meet us and talk to us on the phone any time a day which helped speed up the process, which was necessary since I was 9 months pregnant at the time. :-) Thanks to Leah and the understanding sellers we could start moving things in two weeks prior to closing and could set our nursery up. ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Leah on five different real estate transactions as both our sons were buying a house and we were downsizing by selling oe house and buying a condo. Our house was listed on a Saturday and we had a good offer on it by Tuesday and several showings in between. Then one son sold his house. Leah listed it on Tuesday and we had a good offer on Wednesday. She is very creative and compelling in setting up the listing sheets and getting the listing to the public.WE have been totally happy in all our transactions and she is wonderful to work with and is detail oriented to get you to c losing without problem.
