She was always very willing to admit if she didn't know the answer to a question right away which I appreciated rather than making up an answer to satisfy us. ZillowVERIFIEDLeah was my agent for a home I bought in Shelbyville. Leah weathered the storm with us - after a MOST difficult deal with a bank owned property where they wanted to force us to use their closing agent (Illegal) and use our closing agent on our side AND 2 weeks later they would close on their side. HOWEVER, if and and ONLY the bank Agent could move the closing further out IF they wanted to (I wasnt given this option). I have NEVER heard of this and I have bought and sold a few houses. And in the MEANTIME they would keep my escrow check while they decided IF and when they wanted to close. Probably shopping for better price :) Anyway, I walked the day before thanksgiving without giving any escrow money or signing anything - Leah advice was Invaluable in making this choice. Next day after I walked - Bank dropped price - it was their only offer and I was an All cash buyer. Now it sits... Mold and all... as price drops and mold grows.But with Better Homes around the corner - Leah was able to negotiate on a much much Better Home for us. Leah WAS always available and Very Responsive. She values her clients above ALL and understands their needs whether buying or selling. She is most definitely a go-getter and an asset to her Broker!

Due to our circumstances, it was not practical for us to attempt to pursue conventional financing, so she discussed other options available to us, presented the offer to the seller, and negotiated a deal that would not only appeal to the seller, but one that would work well for us; and she kept us posted every step of the way. She also thoroughly advised us on each aspect of the process and provided advice on useful resources that we would need; contractors, attorneys, etc. I could not be more pleased!
