The problem we were running into is we lived out of state and wanted to buy a home on the lake for retirement but it seemed like each agent we got they would not or did not want to go the extra mile, figuratively speaking since lake homes we were looking for where over a 150 mile radius and to have an agent run all the way up north to take pictures and video's was tough, but not for Leah she was a dream she had no problem making the effort to run up north and did a wonderful job on not just taking pictures but doing very detailed videos for us. That is exactly how we bought our lake house we never step foot on the property until the day of closing; the house was exactly like the videos she took and even better along with her giving use such detail on the property. Leah is such a wonderful agent, and we will use her again when we are ready to sell.

ZillowVERIFIED My property was a bit unique in that it wasn't finished. So it had to be listed as a NO BEDROOM even though it has 2 bedrooms. Also because it wasn't new construction or a finished home, it fell into a whole other category. But Leah found a few lenders that would give a loan for the buyers, which helped greatly with the sale. It did take longer than I had hoped to sell, but it wasn't your normal property. Leah was great to work with because she lives in Appleton, but has a cottage up in the same area where my cottage was. This made working with her very convenient.

ZillowVERIFIED Leah went above and beyond as our realtor. We were listing our house in late October and moving 75 miles away. Leah offered grass cutting, leaf removal and snow removal until our house sold at no cost to us. This saved us many trips to back and forth. She also checked on the house multiple times to make sure that there were no problems with the septic discharge or and pipes freezing. She kept us in touch very time she checked on the house. We had a lot of warm and cold spells when our house was for sale. During the sale she brought our paper work to our new house for us to review and sign so we did not have to run back to Appleton.
