Leah recently helped our family both buy and sell a home. Trying to do this in quick succession, and time everything just right was a little tricky. Leah helped us develop a good process for maneuvering and was instrumental in us making an offer that was accepted for our purchase and in helping us get a lot of good offers (all at or above asking!) on our sale. Leah helped us close on 2 properties simultaneously. We are out of state buyers and she kept us informed every step of the way and ahead of deadlines to make sure we had everything we needed to close on time! She is extremely knowledgeable about the Athens market and process to close the deal. She is also aggressive enough to get us the deal and close in a competitive market, but not too aggressive to lose the deal! She was super responsive and amazing to work with. We would highly recommend her and plan to continue to use her for future purchases!
