Even with a ton of requests from the buyers, we were able to sell and close on our new home on the same day. Our pictures were up and we had a buyer within 48h and that was on Father's Day weekend. We would have never met the deadline to buy our new home without her. Successfully negotiated on our behalf and was always there when we could not take off from work to handle the inspections on both houses, or anything else needed as if we had been there ourselves. It was well maintained, but did require some updates. Leah made arrangements to meet my brother and I at the property for a walk-through. She was extremely organized and knowledgeable of the process, and pointed out items she felt needed attention. Over the next several weeks as we completed updates and repairs, Leah remained in close contact and shared her expertise when we would reach out to her with questions or for advice.
