She helped me to find ppl to repair everything and repaint the house, to make the house in good shape for sale, in a very timely manner, while I was out of the state. And she responded my messages quickly, and often gave me calls or messages to keep me updated on how things going about the house. I was lucky to have Layla to help me sell the house, it took about 6 weeks from listing to closing, even under the very tough pandemic period of time.

She worked hard to find the type of property I wanted, has a great sense of humor, is really friendly and outgoing and positive, assured me I never needed to worry about the real estate process, contacted me ASAP when there were changes or problems, and she negotiated $5k extra off for me on the deal; I still have no idea how she pulled that off! She knows the area well in the Monroe County/Poconos region. It was tough for me when I found out after the purchase that it was difficult to get internet access at my house, but that was not really her fault. She always tried to find solutions for a whole range of problems and questions I had. Overall working with Layla was a great experience.

It was a very stressful time for us with selling our home, moving out of state and getting a new job. She made it very easy and went out of her way to accommodate us and help us. She guided us in what renovations we should do and which ones we shouldn't do to help us get more money for our house without breaking the bank. (And it worked! We received multiple offers!)
