First, let me say, LJ is a fantastic person. We bought and sold a house with LJ as our agent. On the buying side, LJ was very assertive and prompt in setting up showing and looking at houses, and mind that this was the spring and summer of 2021 when things were a bit wild in the real estate market. LJ was quick at writing up offers, which he had to do many times for us, and had great advice on how to make good offers. On the selling side, LJ was also fantastic. LJ gave us great insight into what to fix in our house. The listing he created was flawless and generated a ton of interest. We sold within a day, with a number of very solid offers, far above what I was hoping for. LJ made no grand promises, but delivered great results. I can't recommend this go getter enough.
