Larry was amazing to work with! In my search, I had many houses. I was interested in that I saw and quite a few that we wrote offers on, but werent able to secure, and then finally the perfect property came about - Larry worked diligently with the selling agent and was very quick to communicate back to me. Some agents might get tired of working with you after a while, but Larry did not - always available and eager to help get details on properties and arrange for showings. Cant beat the commission share which really helps in covering closing costs so less to bring for closing. Will definitely use him again in the future!
