Lawrence came recommended through a friend and he did not disappoint! We had found our property online so my initial thought was that we did not need an agent, but oh how wrong I was! Lawrence guided us through every step of the way and fought with our interest in mind every single time. He was invaluable in not only getting our own questions answered but also pushing to get answers from the seller and their agent. It was great to have a buffer between ourselves and the seller especially during the uncomfortable conversations and requests. There was a delicate period during our closing where Lawrence was in contact with the seller almost everyday, unbeknownst to us, Lawrence was very sick during this time but not only did he not tell us, he was fighting for us even harder! Everyone says buying a home is a pain, but thanks to Lawrence, it was a very simple and stress free process.

First time buyer here. Didn't even know where to start to find an agent and came across Lawrence's excellent reviews. With hopes and worries of finding an agent exclusively through the internet, we asked Lawrence to be our agent in early-mid 2022. Long story short, I cannot be any happier with the decision we made! Lawrence has been amazing throughout our 1 year long journey -- very responsive to our endless questions and highly knowledgeable about the process and nearby area. He always gave us his best and honest opinion on matters and we could count on him. Our journey ended up being months longer than other people, but he has been a great, reliable agent till the very last moment. The property we signed for was delayed for months and the mortgage rate was rising. He was always on top of things to help me figure out the current status of the building, mortgage plan Bs and what to do to expedite closing. Thanks to him we ended up having one of the earlier closings in the building and saved another mortgage rate increase.
