Thanks to Lawrence Citarelli of FHIR in Westhampton Beach, I not only found a home that was perfect for my family but it is truly "My Happy Place"! In 2013 Lawrence Citarelli offered me some good advice when it came to making a purchase of a home for my family. Here I was I was at my whits-end year after year, renting summer homes with hopes to make a purchase. Lawrence Citarelli was different then other brokers and builders. He took the time to explain to us the value of purchasing a home vs renting and why it was all about the location. He even went as far as having me and my family spend some time in his custom homes to see his work. I was amazed at the quality, details and craftsmanship this man delivers! Mr. Citarelli really listens to his clients needs and makes certain that he executes in a timely fashion. He is in the business of building custom homes and complexes throughout the Eastend of Long Island. Since my purchase in 2013 I have done minimal work to my home. Not only did Citarelli find me a special property in Southampton, NY but it was a smart purchase. (My home has increased in value due to his knowledge and expertise.) With two kids away for the summer I have recently decided it was time to finally start my construction project and I am excited to say that Lawrence Citarelli and his team will be doing my renovation!
