HOBBIES/INTEREST

When the workday ends, family takes center stage. I love spending time with my grandkids--they keep life fun and full of laughter. Horses have always been a passion of mine, and there's nothing better than a peaceful ride to unwind. I also enjoy shopping, whether it's finding the perfect gift or supporting local businesses. Faith, family, and a little retail therapy--that's my kind of balance.

FAMILY

Family means everything to me--and it just so happens that it's also part of the business! Two of my kids and my son-in-law work right alongside me on the Zokoe Team. It's a blessing to do what we love together, helping other families find their home while building our legacy as one. Felicia was fantastic from the start. She did an excellent job of learning what our preferences were in a home and the amount of land we were seeking too! She didn't waste any of our time going to see houses that didn't fit within our budget or goals. Always responsive to every text and email within a couple of hours if not always sooner. She was very knowledgeable about a lot of the neighborhoods and did a lot of the digging regarding not only the house history, but neighborhood history prior to our arrival to see houses. We would recommend Felicia to any first or repeat home buyer.

Laurie Zokoe has helped me sell two properties over the past twelve years. With our most recent transaction, she provided suggestions on getting the home ready for sale, She developed a sales strategy and a marketing plan, and she suggested a vendor to help us reduce clutter and prepare the property for viewing.When the property was listed, her marketing plan and pricing strategy sparked a lot of interest in the property. We had twenty separate parties view the property and we received three solid offers within five days of the listing going live.During our evaluation of the offers and throughout the closing process, Laurie advised us and suggested language to be used in our counter offers in order to insure that our best interests were being met. She maintained regular communication with us all through the process and made sure we understood what was being asked and insured that language used by the buyer's agent was clear and accurate.With Laurie's experience and expertise, we would not hesitate in using her in the future to help us purchase or sell a property.
