I live in the southwest part of the country, and Laurie virtually took care of everything to ready the house for sale. The house had sat vacant for the better part of three years and needed much work to ready it for listing. She arranged bids from contractors (e.g., electrical wiring, heating, cleaning, yard care), oversaw the work, and kept me updated on the progress.
