Hi! I am Laurie Tweten, Realtor/Broker/Owner of Coldwell Banker Forks Real Estate. I am a 28 year resident of Grand Forks, ND. I love my community, and love helping it grow and prosper. I am the proud Mother of 3 great kids Morgan, Christian, and Coby. I am also the Stepmom of 2 fantastic young ladies, Janna and Andrea.
Before beginning my real estate career, I was a 7th grade Health teacher at South Middle School, here in Grand Forks,
Real Estate has always been an interest of mine, and I became much more intrigued when my husband began building homes. Along with Buyer and Seller Representation, I have extensive experience in the areas of, Lots and Land, New Home Construction, Investment Properties, and Commercial Sales. I feel that my involvement in my community are crucial to my professional expertise in Real Estate! Currently I am a Grand Forks Chamber of Commerce Board Member, an avid supporter of the Community Violence and Intervention Center as a Dressmaker Donor, and I am also a committee member of several of our Grand Forks Board of Realtors Association Committees. By staying very involved in my community, I am able to have foresight as to areas of rapid development, areas of rapid appreciation in housing, and areas of declining appreciation. This helps me to guide my Buyers and Sellers appropriately through their entire Real Estate Transaction. Knowledge, Experience, Passion, Hard Work, Drive, and Persistence are words that would describe me as a Real Estate Professional!
