About Laurie Snyder

Laurie Snyder was born in Meadville, Pennsylvania and has lived there most of her life. She is a real estate professional who works hard to give her clients the time and attention to not only meet their needs, but exceed their expectations. Laurie graduated from Edinboro University with a Bachelors in Education and later with Master's degrees in both Reading and Educational Leadership. She was an educator for more than 24 years, serving first as a teacher and, most recently as a middle-high school principal. She knows how to solve problems on the fly and get the job done! Laurie and her husband, Troy, also own a real estate investment company, TL MAC Enterprises, LLC and have a portfolio of rental units in the Meadville, PA and Rockledge, FL areas, which they self-manage. They are members of the NW Pennsylvania Apartment Association and have a large network of professional connections to solve any real estate related problem. Troy is the owner/operator of Snyder Home Inspections & Drone Videography LLC. Laurie enjoys spending time with her family, traveling to sunny places and challenging herself to learn and grow every day. She loves to check out new listings and "run the numbers" to evaluate rental properties. She enjoys helping others grow as individuals to meet and exceed their personal goals and can always readily recommend a great book on best practices, growth mindset or new innovations in real estate and education. I enjoyed working with Carmen. She was a lovely person and very personable. I was doing the home sale remotely and she was an invaluable asset to me and always very responsive. She met with several utility companies for final meter reads and even contracted me a plumber to do a last minute install of backflows. It was a relief to know I was in such good hands. The property had a lot of deferred maintenance but it was showcased in such a way that showed buyers its possibility to shine. I always felt like she was working hard for me and I would definitely recommend her.
