ZillowVERIFIED In November of 2021 we interviewed Laurie for consideration of her listing of our Moms home as part of settling the estate. Laurie was well prepared for our meeting, providing a detailed market analysis, comparative sales data and insightful guidance for what we could expect in our home selling process. She presented with a straight forward and low pressure approach, and explained an extensive list of services that would help meet our goals for quickly selling while achieving maximum value. After implementing some of her suggestions for minor improvements and repairs we listed the home in early January. Laurie was efficient and effective making the home visible to buyers - A lawn sign and lock box were placed immediately. Within hours the home was professionally photographed and a detailed listing was posted on multiple listing sites. Buyer response was immediate and withing 4-5 days we had over 20 showings and multiple attractive offers. We sold at our list price and closed the sale of the property on February 15.
