ZillowVERIFIED Laurie Olson is a very professional and knowledgeable realtor. As a first time home buyer I wasn't 100 percent sure what I was looking for in a home going into the process, but Laurie help my Wife and I figure out exactly what we were looking for and helped us find the perfect home. She made the process very smooth, easy and swift. When touring a home Laurie will help you identify any red flags that you wouldn't normally think to look for, if there are any. Highly recommend Laurie Olson as you're next realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED This was my first experience with selling my house and Laurie was really patient with me. She was really prompt at letting me know about offers and she handled all negotiations in a courteous manner. She was really knowledgeable about the contracts needed. My house sold within the first week it was on the market and I believe Laurie was pivotal to the sale being so prompt. I will definitely recommend her to my friends and family that need a realtor in the future!

ZillowVERIFIED Laurie was amazing! She was super fast in responding and getting everything done for us. Helped us with things far beyond what we expected a realtor to do. She brought us boxes for packing, came to our new house and took photos for us, and was always available when we contacted her even late in the night.

ZillowVERIFIED Helpful knew the area well. Showed me lots of options. Helped me look at cabins and vacant land in the black river falls area. Let me be my own negotiator but gave advice.

ZillowVERIFIED From the time I contacted Laurie she was very understanding and never gave up when the search for a house was becoming harder. She responded to emails and messages very fast. She was very pleasant and straight forward with everything. I have dealt with other realtors before and I have to say if I ever bought another house I would ask her to be my realtor again.
