I highly recommend Laurie Loparo if you are looking for a real estate agent. My wife and I recently used Laurie as our real estate agent to buy our first home. I want to quickly detail why we feel that partnering with Laurie was the best decision we made during the home buying process:1. Laurie is extremely knowledgeable and insightful during the home buying process- Laurie brought years of experience to bear while giving polite and insightful recommendations during our search and contract negotiations. We admittedly ask more questions than the normal couple. Laurie never became frustrated by our long drawn out conversations while we tried to understand different aspects of the search and transaction. Instead her expertise showed through in her answers. 2. Laurie has your best interest in mind- We always felt that Laurie was willing to tell us if she thought something was not going to benefit us during our search and after our offer was accepted. She was courteous but candid. 3. Laurie is kind and professional- During our nearly 18 month relationship with Laurie as we sought out a house my wife and I realized that Laurie was extremely busy. She is juggling more than a few clients simultaneously- but we always felt like the most important one. She always responds to our texts or calls quickly. She never lost track of where we were in the home buying process. She really should right an essay on customer service. 4. Laurie is a great person- You know you've made a great business decision to partner with someone when they start to feel like a friend. I highly recommend you call Laurie if you are looking to buy or sell a house.
