Review Our experience working with Laurie could not have been better. She has such great knowledge of the area that we were interested in as well as the business of real estate buying and selling in general. Laurie never made us feel that her bottom line was a commission, but rather finding a home that best suited our needs. She was totally honest if she felt that a property would not meet our check list of a desired living space. When a glitch came up at our closing, a comment was made to us that Laurie never stopped fighting for us to remedy the situation. Review Laurie is absolutely the best realtor I have ever encountered. She doesnt sell for money, she sells homes because she cares, without Laurie, I probably still be searching for home. She was there with me to the very end. Not only have I gained an excellent realtor I gained a really good friend. I was searching and searching and one call with Laurie, I was under contract. Shes good!!! Trust me when I say it. I was looking for a home for over 3 years, found Laurie and my life became complete. I'm so mad I wasted my time with these rejects. She knew everything I needed to do and she walked me through the entire process. She didnt cut corners; she made sure I was aware of every little tiny issue I was getting myself into. Shes a keeper. If you truly want a good job done, call Laurie, she will know what to do and have your back. The biggest thing is trust due to a house being a big investment. I put all my trust in her hands and havent doubted myself one step of the way. I truly dont know how to repay her.

Review We are so happy we ended up with Laurie! We had terrible lucky with realtors and I called Laurie on a whim because she was listing a house we were interested in and it was the best decision we made. That house was no longer available but Laurie listened to myself and my husband and found us our home right away! She knew exactly what would be perfect for us and while some things of the process were a bit rough because of the other people involved, Laurie was there every step of the way to help smooth things over even when it wasnt her responsibility. Review Laurie was recommended to me by a co-worker at my office. Over a period of about 5 to 6 months, Laurie assisted me in finding the right home for my price range and needs. She was perfectly patient as we saw numerous houses, townhomes and condos from Landing to Belvidere (I lost count of the # we went to!). However, she was always quick to answer my messages or e-mails and always worked around my schedule. Review Laurie Getto was intrumental in helping me sell two of my houses. Selling a house could be avery scary thing but Laurie always took the time to explain everything and to reasure me if I had any doubts. She is very knowlegeable about Real Estate law and is a strong negotiator. She also helped me in getting a rental home. At that time my credit score was not very good and the owner would not concider me because of it. However, due to her negotiation and persistency she got the owner of the house to reconsider renting it to me. This house I rented is in a very desiable area and I know that if it wasnt for Laurie I would not be here. Laurie is also very reliable. She knows the area vety well and has many contacts. She is always on time and is very resourcefull. She gets the job done in a professional and effecient way. Laurie is a very kind and though ful person. Review We were first time home buyers and we had a deadline to meet to receive our tax credit cut for first time home buyers. We have such a busy work schedule, I had no idea how we would even have time to look at homes, but Laurie was so great in adjusting to our schedule to make it work. She took the time to explain to us every step of the way, answering all of our questions, considering we were new to the whole process. She was very organized and seemed to know her stuff, you can tell she has been doing this for some time. Now we live in a beautiful 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath bi level home on an acre of land and we love it.

Review The listing of my home was at a difficult time for it was to settle a divorce and was during a bad economy. Laurie did not give up and answered all calls and questions with suggestions to help move the home, It took close to 10 monthes but she worked right till the closing was done. Would happily use and suggest others at least talk to her before signing with someone else. May not be the biggest office but has a huge heart and does not give up.
