We engaged Ryan to sell our home after considering a number of Realtors. We were impressed with his knowledge of the area and recommendations to help us sell our home quickly. He engaged his team who put together a wonderful package on Zillow which included 3D walkthroughs, floor plans, and other on-line collateral that showed our home at its absolute best despite the fact that we had to remain in the house and could not fully stage it. All throughout the listing and showing period, Ryan and his team were proactively communicating with us. The result was multiple offers the first weekend including the offer we accepted which was higher than asking price, which from my observations in a declining market was unusual. Ryan also helped us trim the buyers' rather large "must fix" list to two items which made the sale much easier. We would not hesitate to recommend Ryan, who was professional, courteous, knowledgable, and respectful throughout the entire sale. What impressed us most was that when Ryan made a commitment, things got done.

Roderick helped our family find our new home in Austin. We needed more space and a pool, and also needed to stay within a certain area of town and remain in a certain school district, which admittedly limited our choices. Roderick was always available to go out and see new houses with us any day or time, whether over lunch breaks or weekends. We even went back to some houses two or three times. Once we narrowed in on the house we wanted, Roderick really shined with his communication not only with us, but back and forth with the sellers' agent.
