Laurie was just amazing from the very start. We were looking to sell our home in Costa Mesa and I found Laurie online and sent her a random text asking to talk. She responded right away and came over to see the home in person. We instantly connected and knew she was going to be successful. She gave us various recommendations to improve the marketability of the home and we took her advice. The home sold IN A WEEK at a price above what we had otherwise expected. The process through escrow was easy and Laurie was very communicative throughout to ensure we were 100% comfortable with all the forms/disclosures, etc. We would absolutely recommend Laurie to anyone looking to do any real estate transaction. Her market knowledge, friendly demeanor and sound advice was spot on and we would use her again if the opportunity arises.

Mary did a fantastic job representing me in the sale of my property in Irvine. She held several open houses and was great at keeping me informed of progress with multiple potential buyers and following up with interested buyers on a regular basis. Mary was able to obtain two competing offers on the property and was even able to negotiate for the eventual buyer to pay off an existing roof special assessment at closing. I cannot recommend Laurie highly enough! Selling our Turtle Ridge condo from out of town presented its own set of challenges, but Laurie made us feel comfortable and confident every step of the way. Laurie did a fantastic job helping me sell my condo in Turtle Ridge. She communicated frequently throughout the entire process and was very responsive. She really listened to my opinion and gave great advice without being overbearing. Her guidance on the price point, timing of the listing, and suggestion to stage the condo (which looked beautiful) were all spot on! We had multiple offers after the first open house that resulted in selling it for above the listing price with a very short close. If I had not moved out of state, I would work with Laurie on every home purchase and sale!
