ZillowMany realtors can do well when the sale goes along with few if any problems. Laurie came through when it counted. When the county could not produce evidence that the house for sale ever existed, Laurie went to work. She found what the county and the bank appraiser could not -- the original building permit. And then she followed up for several weeks as the process crawled along. We feel the sale would have stalled at some point without her. If you want a realtor who will work hard for you, through the good and the bad, then Laurie is an excellent choice.

ZillowShe gave me individualized and responsive service, I always had her full attention, she worked diligently and quickly to find a house for me at a time when the market was very difficult for buyers. I was looking for a fixer-upper and there was a lot of competition. There were some issues because the house had been foreclosed, but she worked with the bank to get me an incredible deal and stayed with the process all the way to closing. After closing she gave me advice on landscaping, renovation. I took her her advice and the house looked gorgeous after the work was done. I was delighted with the outcome and five years later I sold the house for a huge profit.
