With almost 25 years of experience, I have worked with both buyers and sellers. I have guided buyers through first time home buying, downsizing, investments, along with assisting developers. I am an expert with new construction. I have worked closely with the sellers to downsize, move up, along with estate sales, short sales (or guide homeowners on how to avoid this) and sellers transferring of the area.

I have so many as I am passionate about what I do! I recently worked on an estate sale for a family out of state to help clean out the property and guide them through every step along the way. I’ve worked with sellers buying second homes from me because Their families have grown and first time homebuyers as they get married and start a family too! I am presently working with a family who purchased a home for me when I was a listing agent with their agent and have come back to me to sell their home for them. Last fall they put it on with another agent and had no buyers come through. Last week I put their home on the market and had 100 sets of buyers and multiple offers. I love working with referrals as that is mostly how my business is growing, buyers or sellers of worked with me in the past and be happy with I am presently working with a family who purchased a home for me when I was a listing agent with their agent and have come back to me to sell their home for them.
