She discussed a fair and accurate sale price, scheduled pictures and online listing in a timely manner and listed our home with the details to attract buyers. She kept us informed throughout the process of showings and an open house and presented all offers to us with explanation of options for each one. Up through the closing and contact with the title company she was attentive to every detail and followed through on each step to ensure a smooth sale for us. We would highly recommend her for both sales and purchases. We used Laurie on the purchase of our home 6 years ago and had not doubt we'd use her on the sale.

She had a very well-written description with all the pertinent information and attributes of the house, yard and neighborhood. The photographer that Laurie chose to photograph the property did an excellent job also. He was excellent in knowing just how to use the proper staging and lighting to highlight every aspect of our home. So kudos to Laurie and her selection of pros. He listed my house as a "coming soon" property and I had people already ringing the doorbell asking if it was for sale. He got some amazing pictures of the property taken that really helped showcase the upgrades in my home. Listing was posted on Tuesday..he said he would sell it by the end of the weekend. ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I made a list of 5 realtors we wanted to talk with to see about selling our home. Laurie came out and gave us a very comprehensive report on the market in our area and she looked at our home. We had been there almost 20 years so things were not in "like new" condition. Laurie tactfully suggested areas that could be the most benefitting in the sale of our home. We appreciated her approach, particularly being tactful in pointing out areas needing attention first. We felt she was a great match for us and she really knew the area and was familiar with our neighborhood. Laurie was patient as we worked the areas needing attention and she did not push or make us feel rushed. We have had that experience in the past from other realtors and it makes for a less positive experience.She was able to provide names and phone numbers for people who could help us get things done.In the end, we felt this was just about the best experience we had ever had selling a home. Laurie kept us informed and really did some great work getting the listing ready for the first showings. The end result was we received an acceptable offer on the opening day. We knew the market was good (Laurie had explained that) but that selling a house might take a little time (she explained that too). We are convinced the work she did to prepare us and her getting the listing ready to go made the difference. When I say listing I mean all the many things that have to happen in the background before a home goes up for sale. We give her our highest recommendation!!!

I was out of town and learned that the buyers wanted to do final walk through. I was in a bit of a panic as I had not left the house as tidy as I would have liked. Laurie said 'I'll take care of it" and she did - she went to the house and straightened it up so it would look nice for the buyers. She made the whole process easy and smooth.
